Cancellation policy
Interim termination is possible as follows:
- for a year contract by the end of the sixth month after the start date. Termination must in this case by e-mail
or app by the end of the 6th month after commencement, with a notice period of 3 months.
- In case of a six-month contract and by the end of the third month after the start date. Termination must in that case by
e-mail or app done within one month after commencement.
- in all cases, and without a notice if the student for more than two months due to medical reasons
In all cases, and without notice if the student for more than two months due to medical reasons is not able to or to be reasonably determined and plausible, will be able to follow lessons.
The student will in that case have no right to reimbursement of lessons not followed but already paid and the teacher is not obliged to give catch-up lessons.
